Associate receives 100% of the fees and compensation for providing brokerage services to prospects minus the following broker and special charges/expenses:
- $175.00 annual sponsorship fee plus the following transaction fee:
- Up to $250,000 = $250
- Up to $300,000 = $300
- Up to $350,000 = $350
- Up to $400,000 = $400
- Up to $450,000 = $450
- Up to $500,000 = $500
- Over $500,001 = $550 + $50 per $50,000 increments
Residential lease transactions:
- Up to $699 = $60
- Over $699 = $100
Commercial sales and lease transaction:
- $250 per commercial transaction
An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged when you sign up. All fee’s are non-refundable if you leave the company or are terminated for any reason.
Upon termination of Broker/Associate relationship, KEITH D. GRIFFIN reserves the right to have any remaining commissions/fees paid directly to Broker instead of directly to Associate. Broker will retain the right of offset for any remaining amounts owed to Broker by Associate before releasing final funds to Associate.
